Healing Us - Volume 8

January 14th marked four years since the launch of Holistic Health Healing.

Candidly, these four years have been the most challenging of my life. I could have never anticipated starting my private practice at such a sensitive moment, where I was forced to confront the harsh realities of grief and loss. Mourning the passing of my sister and father has taught me more about human suffering and emotional resilience than any graduate school curriculum ever could.

As I’ve grown my practice, I’ve also healed alongside my clients. I’ve committed myself to more self-work than ever before. My doors at Holistic Health Healing would not still be open if it weren’t for my own therapy and the embrace of various alternative modalities to support my mental health.

I feel an immense sense of pride in the evolution of both myself and this practice. I cannot overstate the importance of therapy and how life-changing it truly is. I’m deeply honored that my clients trust me to sit with them and witness their darkest moments. The human experience is not meant to be lived alone, and my hope is to provide deep care and support to those whose divine life path leads them to me.
