Through virtual + in person talk therapy sessions, I’ll seek to understand and reframe the patterns and coping mechanisms you’ve developed since childhood.

I’ll then work with you to safely unravel your life events while providing practical applications to manage mental health symptoms.

As we begin new chapters in our lives, it’s essential to understand how we uniquely process negative emotions, deep-rooted patterns, and triggering events.

Restorative yoga combined with virtual talk therapy becomes a holistic remedy to optimize the flow of positive energy throughout your body, allowing you to find clarity and release negativity.

Meditation &

Aromatherapy

The art of meditation has proven to be an effective method to access a deeper, higher state of consciousness for centuries. This practice teaches you to embrace stillness, allowing you to rewire your default responses to stress, anxiety, and depression.

Supplementary to virtual talk therapy, I’ll lead you through guided meditations that intentionally bring repressed energy to light.

MEDITATION

When we sit in stillness, we learn to observe our thoughts without attaching to them, to find peace. Meditation enhances our self-awareness and teaches us how to dissolve the habitual thought patterns that are binding.
