Holistic Health Healing is a depth-oriented therapy practice in Miami Beach, specializing in complex trauma, C-PTSD, and attachment wounds. We work with adults who have tried therapy before and are ready for something more serious, more consistent, and more transformative. Our approach is psychodynamically informed, somatically integrated, and held within a rigorous psychoanalytic framework.

Hilary Bone, LMHC, works with a small, intentional caseload of adults doing intensive depth work.

Elise Fisher, RMHCI, works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Together we offer two levels of care under one practice, so you can find exactly the right fit.

This is not about feeling better for a while. It is about understanding yourself at a level that makes lasting change possible.

Depth-oriented therapy works by going underneath the patterns, not around them. Together we explore the unconscious dynamics, early relational experiences, and defensive structures that have quietly shaped how you move through the world.

This is not about reframing or managing symptoms. It is about understanding what is actually driving them, and what becomes possible when that understanding goes deep enough to change something.

As we embark on new chapters in our lives, it’s essential to understand how we uniquely process negative emotions, deep-rooted patterns, and triggering events.

When combined with talk therapy, restorative yoga becomes a holistic approach to optimize the flow of positive energy throughout your body, helping you to find clarity and release negativity.

Meditation &

Aromatherapy

The art of meditation has proven over centuries to be an effective way to access a deeper, higher state of consciousness. This practice teaches you to embrace stillness, helping you rewire your default responses to stress, anxiety, and depression.

In addition to talk therapy, I will guide you through meditations designed to intentionally bring repressed energy to the surface.
