The Holistic Health Healing process is customized for your needs and could include virtual + in person talk therapy, restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement, and aromatherapy working in tandem. Through this unique approach, you’ll develop positive coping skills, and gain self-awareness.

MEDITATION
When we sit in stillness, we learn to observe our thoughts without attaching to them, to find peace. Meditation enhances our self-awareness and teaches us how to dissolve the habitual thought patterns that are binding.
SELF SOOTHING
Learning to self soothe is a superpower. It teaches us that we are safe within the confines of our own body and the peace we are seeking begins from taking care of our own well being.
MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness as a practice gives us access to live in the present moment. Remembering to breathe. This allows us to feel more connected to our intuition and make conscious decisions for ourselves based on our values.
BREATHWORK
Understanding our breath and how it impacts our mood, mental clarity, and our connection to self, allows us to feel empowered and secure within ourselves. No matter what comes our way.
